I recently went to Zighy Bay by the bright turquoise Arabian Sea and I loved it, this Six Senses Resort highlights the rugged, and raw beauty of Oman. 

It is a great place to wind down and relax, with treatments for both men and women. But sometimes it is nice to go and explore the surrounding area, with loads of activities on offer such as paragliding (my personal favourite) and going on cruises for the day, which was great for my family.

The food and dining is excellent – you could choose from in-house dining or go to the restaurant that offered a variety of delicious fresh and local food.

This resort is a particular favourite of mine due to the amazing healthy food and the sustainable credentials that is very important to us. The resort offered a very safe environment with excellent staffing which was perfect for taking my young son, as well as providing entertainment for him such as going to the resort’s outdoor cinema and partaking in various activities for children such as crab hunting and cupcake making.

This amazing place is a great family destination, and I’d definitely go again when our son is older. A culturally exciting location that always gives me inspiration for designs.
